I’ve been building companies and leading teams for over 30 years. I’ve been a CEO, COO, Head of Strategy, People, Finance, Marketing, and more. But truth be told, I found my sweet spot in the COO role – I simply love translating vision into reality.
After building and selling a couple of my own companies I doubled down on studying the art and science of leadership. I had coached, mentored, and advised hundreds of founders before getting my Masters Degree in Leadership. Since then, I’ve led many startup executive peer roundtable circles, hosted memorable retreats, and coached entire executive teams across all sizes of startups and growth stage companies.
I love helping leaders of all sorts, but I’ll always have a sweet spot in my heart for those magical beings called COOs. You are the glue that connects the dreamers to the doers, the most essential part of how anything comes to life in this world.
These days I split my time between helping others crack the code on creating a work life they love… and dancing. I’m often found traveling to compete on a world champion west coast swing dance team. As the sign in my office says, I believe there is always a reason to dance. : )
